The big success of Trznica s.c. Banja Luka

On the 25th of November, 2007 at the World Fair of Innovations and New Technologies Eureka- Brussels Trznica s.c. with the general manager Radosav Grbic gained the big success. Mr. Grbic is declared for visionary of the market section and he got the medal of the third rank for creation.

The ceremony of the medal giving was held at the City hall of St. Josse and the medal was given by the Mayor Fredy Tilmans. At the ceremony the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Nikola Radovanovic was present. At the final ceremony the trophy and gold medal for the trade mark were given to Mr. Grbic by Jury Skomorovski on behalf of the international jury of the fair.

Тhe construction of the market in Lukavica started

"Trznica" a.d. Banja Luka announces that the realisation of the project – the construction of the market in Lukavica has started on the 8th of November 2007. This event started with setting up of the cornerstone, where delegation of "Trznica" a.d., the mayor of Istočno Novo Sarajevo and the president of Municipality of Lukavica were present. The cornerstone was set up by the mayor of Istocno Novo Sarajevo and the presidents of Мanaging and Supervisory board of "Trznica" a.d.

The elevator

Trznica a.d. announces that on the 29th of October 2007 the elevator at the City market started to work. The elevator is for person with disabilities and it is also adapted to the blind. The elevator is also for mothers with children, old and sick persons. Trznica a.d. cares for all citizens of Banja Luka and also for other visitors of the market. The management of the Market wants to make the visit to the City market as pleasant as possible.

International Award for prestige and quality 2007

"Actualidad", the Spanish Magazine for tourism, industry and commerce, that is distribuated in 80 countries, gave to "Trznica" Banja Luka the International Award for prestige and quality 2007. The award is given every year. This year the award giving ceremony was held in Bucharest.

16th meeting of the Board of directors of Trznica

We want to inform you that the 16th meeting of the Board of directors of Trznica a.d. is held on the 3rd of October, 2007 at 13.00 with the following schedule:

1. acquiring of the minutes of the 15th meeting of the Board of directors
2. the proposition of the operative program for realisation of the measures of business policy in the period of 01.01.2005. - 31.12.2007.
3. information on the realisation of the project and long-term program development

One of the most important sections is the new operative program for creation of the new company organisation. It will be active from 01.01.2008. According to that the present organisation should be replaced with division to profit and logistic centers.

The profit centers would be: the City market, New market, market and shops number 9 and 11 in Kotor Varos, retail, wholesale and restaurants.

Logistic centers would be: department of economic affairs, marketing department, department of service offering, personnel department and department of legal and general affairs, department of bookkeeping and accountacy, analysis and processing of shipping-financial documents.

The construction of the garage at Trznica

The Mayor of Banja Luka Dragoljub Davidovic and the general manager of Trznica a.d. on the 25th of September 2007 signed the contract on public-private partnership as a model of financing of the construction of the garage at Trznica a.d. The city of Banja Luka invests the ground where the garage is planned by regulative plan.

Trznica a.d. invests the means for the project documentation and the construction and equipment of the garage. The garage will operate as a part of Trznica a.d. with special evidence of income and outcome.

Human gesture of the employee in Trznica Perica Filipic

In early September Perica Filipic the employee in Trznica has found the winning cork of Nektar beer. The prize was in the amount of 100 km. Mr. Filipic decided to give his prize to the Home for children without parents. He informed the general manager about his decision and the general manger decided to join in with the amount of 500 km. When the management of the Brewery was informed about this, they also decided to join in together with the marketing agency Aquarius and sports shop Juventa. On the 26th of September Mr. Filipic together with representatives of the City market, Brewery and Aquarius agency donated to the children the snicker with value of 2000 km. This day was very symbolic for Mr. Filipic because his third son was born on that day.

Delegation of Trznica at the congress in China

Delegation of Trznica a.d. participated at the 25th congress of the World Union of Wholesale Markets that was held in Beijing, China ( 3.9.-7.9).

The main of the congress was cooperation between wholesale and retail market in order to achieve competitive advantages, the role of management of modern markets for promotion, new development in information exchange.

Because WUWM is the association that promotes markets all over the world, delegation of Trznica a.d. used the opportunity to promote its film and multi medial CD on reconstruction and 80th anniversary. All colleagues were very interested in the work of Trznica a.d. Banja Luka.

"AGROS 2007" – The champions of the quality

Trznica a.d. participated at the 11th International Fair of Agriculture and Food Industry AGROS 2007 which was held in Banja Luka ( 7.9.-11.9.) At the fair Trznica a.d. was declared for the champion of the quality.

Nebojsa Radmanovic contributed to the development of Trznica a.d. especially when he was the president of the executive council of Banja Luka. Then, it was acquired the long-term development program of Trznica a.d. According to that program this company works and develops itself even today. His contribution was the declaration of the group that consisted of the people from the executive council of Trznica and Bureau of Urbanism and their task was to create the study of the development of Trznica.
