Ecological policy

The protection of the environment is of the priority of Trznica Banja Luka and it is implemented in Business policy of the company. Trznica commits itself to racional use of energy resources, waste manegement and constant prevention of the negative influence at the environment. With the goal of constant improvement of environment mangement Trznica will:

• During the process developing constantly, minimize ecological influence at the environment. Our goal is to reduce soil pollution, emition of substances in the air, use of water and releasing of waste waters, by implementing the best technologies to prevent pollution.

• Implement ecological goals with the intention of constant improving.

• Bring into accord technology and processes with legal regulation that are related to ecological influence, in case that legal regulation do not exist Trznica will bring into accord technology and processes in the way that will contribute to the environment protection.

• Take in consideration opinions and requests from all interested parties during decision- making and implement activities according to its possibilities in order to improve relations with all parties interested in work of Trznica.

• Educate and motivate employees to do their activities according to the ecological policy and goals. Maintain communication with employees in order to raise their awareness of ecological policy and to participate in environment protection at their work place.

• Implement ecological revisions of its processes in order to bring them into accord with ecological policy of the company.
